Join or leave an Organization

Users who choose to join an organization, company or association in their Account Management page must be vetted by our team and the point of contact at a partner organization before being added. This process takes around 7 days to confirm that a user actually belongs to a particular organization. We receive a high volume of requests of this type, so thanks in advance for your patience!

How to join an existing organization

If you'd like to join an existing organization please open up your Account Management > Personal page. On the right column you'll see the list of available organizations. Please pick the one you'd like to join and then hit "Save" to confirm the changes.

If you cannot Save the information it means that on the left column you have to click on "Skip" on the phone verification, otherwise it won't let you save your changes.

How to change or leave your organization

If you'd like to change your organization please open up your Account Management > Personal page. On the right column you'll see the name of your current organization and a call to action that says "Leave this company". Please click on it and then hit "Save" to confirm the changes.

Can I belong to more than one organization?

You can currently become a member of one organization at a time. Multiple organizations are not supported on the current platform.
